Job summary

Coalinga Regional Medical Center seeks a Director of Nursing to lead Skilled Nursing Services in alignment with California Title 22 standards. You will plan and direct operations, develop policy manuals, schedule rounds, and ensure high quality care in collaboration with the CEO and Medical Director.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as an RN and 3+ years in supervision, with a proven track record in infection control, regulatory compliance, and staff development within a convalescent setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as an RN.
• Three (3) years’ experience in a supervisor or management role.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and participation in hospital QAPI meetings.
• Maintains safe environment through infection control policy enforcement and housekeeping oversight.
• Implements Title 22 California Nursing Service standards.
• Develops and maintains nursing policies and procedure manuals.
• Schedules daily rounds and coordinates nursing with other patient services.
• Recommends staffing levels across nursing personnel and staff development.
• Drives core clinical initiatives and HR policy adherence.
• Collaborates with HR to address human resource matters as needed.
