Northridge Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee patient care operations and supervise the Nursing Services department. The role requires an RN degree, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate care plans and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Supervisory responsibilities within Nursing Services.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directs, evaluates, and supervises patient care and initiates corrective action as necessary.
• Assesses patient care needs and develops individualized plans.
• Assesses patient needs and makes recommendations for rehabilitation programs.
• Maintains lines of communication with attending physicians.
• Manages nursing staff and budget planning as needed.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and licensing standards.
