Springtree Senior Living in Florida is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee the Residential Care Department, supervise care staff, and coordinate resident care programs to meet state regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will hold an LPN license (preferred), have 2–3 years of supervisory care experience in assisted living or skilled nursing, and be fluent in English. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a care setting.
• LPN license preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Supervise resident care staff, provide training, schedule, and evaluate performance.
• Interview residents and coordinate screening, assess care needs.
• Update medical charts and care plans.
• Observe health status and address concerns within scope of practice.
• Notify physician, family and staff about significant changes to health or meds.
• Manage medications, storage, and pharmacy communications.
• Lead orientation and staff education programs.
• Schedule Personal Care Assistants and allocate daily tasks.
• Verify hours and arrange replacement staffing when needed.
• Assess resident needs to inform training priorities and policy adherence.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
