Qualifications

• Multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Thorough knowledge of nursing practice act and management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility and ensures quality of resident care.
• Schedules staff, conducts performance reviews, and leads clinical program development.
• Advises medical staff and administrators on nursing services and policy implementation.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and manages day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Oversees marketing activities and community engagement related to nursing services.
