Dimondale Nursing Care Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to help plan and supervise the 24-hour operation, oversee an assigned unit, and ensure quality resident care. You will lead a nursing team, mentor staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a leadership role.

This full-time position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid in monthly installments, a starting salary of $91,520, yearly raises, and a robust benefits package including tuition discounts, loan

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification
• Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and address complex patient needs
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to quality care
• Team player with dedication to supporting colleagues and patient outcomes

Responsabilités

• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction and assignments, and contribute to staff training and evaluations.
• Conduct rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care quality.
• Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as a resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
• Promote hospitality and excellent service in daily interactions with residents and families.
