Qualifications

• RN license: current Registered Nurse license with managerial/admin experience.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care; at least two years supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational skills to plan programs, assign staff, and analyze data.
• Ability to lead, coach, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Leadership: Lead in absence of the Administrator and implement policies to ensure compliance.
• Budget Management: Assist in preparing and administering the nursing department budget.
• Team Development: Recruit, coach, and evaluate nursing staff for continuous improvement.
• Quality Improvement: Analyze nursing services to enhance resident care and independence.
