Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, including registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee staff education and training, ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including HIPAA and survey readiness.
• Collaborate with other departments, including administration, social services, and activities, to coordinate patient care and services.
• Perform routine rounds to ensure that our residents are receiving the highest level of care.
