Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a visionary Director of Nursing in Mandan, North Dakota, responsible for championing clinical excellence while leading a dedicated team. This role emphasizes fostering a resident-centered environment focused on safety, dignity, and quality of life.

You will oversee nursing assessments, manage staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting strong communication across departments. A Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active RN license are required, alongside a minimum of 5 years' experience.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to move, position self to assist residents, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive nursing assessments of all residents.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor nursing staff.
• Lead facility through state and federal survey processes.
• Ensure a safe, vibrant, and abuse-free environment for residents.
• Manage the annual nursing budget and staff scheduling.
