Reporting to administrative leadership, the DON will manage staffing, quality assurance programs, and coordination with QI committees to drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in PA required.
• Experience in nursing department management or leadership.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations
• Knowledge of quality assurance and performance improvement (QI) processes.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing Department operations.
• Maintain high quality care and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and update nursing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other resident services and QA committees.
• Monitor staffing needs and ensure adequate 24-hour nursing coverage.
• Prepare reports for administrative and regulatory purposes.
