Axiom Gardens of Flora in Effingham, Illinois is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing team. You will develop and implement nursing strategies, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster a collaborative work environment.

As a senior leader, you will ensure regulatory compliance, recruit and develop staff, and drive quality improvement initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and minimum years of experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a Nursing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
