Job summary

Continuum Healthcare Inc. seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) for Serenity Spriing Senior Living at Arlington, KY. The DON will oversee the nursing department, drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development in a long‑term care setting.

You will partner with the Administrator and department heads to ensure resident‑centered care, QA initiatives, and community relations. RN licensed leader with 5+ years LTC experience is required.

Qualifications

• RN license is required and current.
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role within a long‑term care facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership: oversee nursing operations to ensure compassionate, policy‑driven resident care.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure adherence to federal, state and local regulations and infection control protocols.
• Staff management: recruit, train, and supervise nursing staff with a focus on development and teamwork.
• Quality assurance: lead QA initiatives to improve resident outcomes.
• Resident care: ensure individualized care plans are developed and effectively evaluated.
