Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations for our long‑term care residents. You will combine clinical oversight with administrative leadership to guide the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, and on-call availability, with prior leadership in long-term care and strong knowledge of MDS, state nurse practice acts, and regulations. A pathway to ongoing growth and advancement is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
• Must have knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability is required.
