Atrium Centers is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department, guide clinical excellence, support nursing teams, and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care in a compliant and well-organized environment. This leadership role requires RN licensure, CPR certification, 5+ years in long-term care nursing, and proven management experience.

• RN license required in state (or eligible)
• CPR certification required
• 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience
• 3+ years of nursing leadership/management in LTC preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the nursing department
• Plan, develop, implement, and maintain nursing services per policies and regulations
• Oversee discharge planning and care transitions
• Ensure accurate nursing documentation and charting
• Monitor quality of care and promote best clinical practices
• Participate in surveys, audits, inspections by regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to support resident care and operations
