EMY Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Nursing Department while ensuring high standards of clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and resident care. As DON, you will lead nursing services, support staff performance, maintain survey readiness, and drive nursing excellence across all shifts.

This full-time leadership position offers compensation of $90 000 - $110 000 per year, with benefits including health, dental, vision and life

Qualifikationen

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong regulatory, operational, and people-management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead all nursing operations as the Director of Nursing (DON)
• Plan, organize, and evaluate nursing services, programs, and activities in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Develop, implement, and update nursing policies and procedures
• Oversee clinical quality, infection control, and survey readiness
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Administrator regarding nursing department activities
• Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of care
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and resident-centered care
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information in accordance with HIPAA
