Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required; MS or related field preferred.
• RN licensure in state of practice.
• 5 years pediatric/ambulatory care/surgery center experience.
• 4 years nursing leadership experience; CASC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Patient Care Services (PCS) across ambulatory centers.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing goals and organizational plans.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and relevant regulations.
• Foster patient-focus culture and staff engagement.
• Manage budget, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives.
