Job summary

Must be a current, unencumbered RN licensed in Texas with 1 year of clinical experience.
Master's degree or higher in nursing is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide nursing students during clinical practice in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care.
Reinforce clinical skills, patient care practices, and professionalism in real-time environments.
Ensure safe practice and support students' development of clinical competencies.
Report student progress and concerns to the supervising faculty.
Collaborate with faculty to facilitate optimal student learning and patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with institutional and clinical site requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
