Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Program Manager I/Clinical Placement Coordinator coordinates undergraduate clinical placements with faculty for group and precepted practicum experiences.
• Target salary is approximately $65,000 and may vary based on experience, internal equity, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements for all pre-licensure nursing students in group and precepted practicum experiences, working with faculty to ensure site selection and student-preceptor matching.
• Manage clinical placement database and reporting systems, maintaining accurate records including hours and outcomes for evaluation and accreditation.
• Oversee administrative functions related to clinical placements, including document distribution and correspondence.
• Maintain partnerships with clinical agencies to ensure clear expectations, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with the part-time Clinical Coordinator to onboard clinical faculty and ensure credentialing and site requirements.
• Visit clinical sites (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Other duties as assigned.
