Job summary

Orbis Education seeks a Clinical Lead Faculty to implement academic programs in lab and simulation settings for Marian University Accelerated BSN Program. You will teach in clinical or lab courses, guide students on professionalism and research, and collaborate with the Healthcare Partner and adjunct faculty.

Requirements include an MSN, three years of nursing practice (OB/ED/ICU preferred), and Indiana RN licensure. Prior simulation experience is a plus with AV/LMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional nursing practice (OB/ED/ICU preferred).
• Two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Unencumbered Indiana RN license.
• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Ability to work in a simulation environment with mannequins is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective student learning in clinical/lab and online settings.
• Provide guidance on professionalism, practice, and research.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Partner staff and support adjunct faculty.
• Maintain and teach nursing knowledge and curriculum awareness.
• Maintain clinical competence in area of expertise.
