Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida RN license.
• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Teaching or preceptorship experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical education and supervision to nursing students in healthcare settings.
• Support clinical programs and administrative functions across nursing education.
• Coordinate orientation and documentation for students with clinical affiliates.
• Maintain student files and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Organize seminars and ensure readiness for clinical rotations.
