• Deliver patient care while serving as a clinical preceptor and demonstrate and assist students with unit tasks and clinical skills.
• Provide feedback on student performance, evaluate clinical performance, and offer recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with students, providers, and families to assign care and review written requirements.
