Job summary

Connecticut State Community College is seeking a Clinical Coordinator of Nursing for the Three Rivers campus in Norwich, CT. The role oversees clinical practicum and teaches students in clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings.

The incumbent will report to the Nursing/Allied Health leadership, coordinate practicum experiences, and uphold accreditation standards while engaging with diverse learners. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Current CT license in Nursing.
• Clinical instruction and course design experience, including simulation where applicable.
• Knowledge of accreditation requirements in assigned disciplines.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical practicum administration.
• Clinical instruction of students in clinical, lab, and simulation settings.
• Attend convocations, serve on committees, and participate in meetings during evenings/weekends.
