Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical care programs.
- Educate staff on survey processes and ensure compliance.
- Train staff on policies and procedures.
- Develop staffing plans to meet resident needs.
- Monitor clinical areas for safety and compliance.
- Ensure resident needs are met during admissions.
- Collaborate on quality assurance and staff education.
- Perform on call duties.
