WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to aid in patient care on the Nursing Unit under RN direction. You will assist with hygiene, comfort, safety, nutrition, and basic procedures, report changes to the nurse, and help orient patients on admission.
This role requires a High School diploma or GED; PA Nursing Assistant Certification is preferred. One year of clinical Direct Patient Care or current enrollment in a health-related program is preferred.
This position performs assigned tasks to aid in the provisions of patient care and daily operation of the Nursing Unit in accordance with established nursing policies and procedures. Provides patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
