Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per care plans and assignments.
• Assist with transfers and lifts using safe techniques.
• Assist with toileting, feeding, and personal care.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and follow infection control.
• Respond to call lights promptly and monitor residents closely.
• Document care accurately in electronic records.
