UF Health Central Florida's Cardiac Medical Routine unit seeks a Nursing Assistant/US Techretary who delivers direct patient support and basic nursing tasks while helping the team maintain a safe, organized cardiac care environment. This full-time, day-shift role covers 36 hours per week.

You will assist with patient comfort, monitor needs, communicate with nurses, and help keep equipment and spaces clean. Requires high school diploma or GED; BLS; Florida CNA license preferred.

Support the heartbeat of patient care. Join the CFH Cardiac Medical Routine team in a unique Nursing Assistant/US Techretary role that combines hands-on patient support with the organization, communication and teamwork needed to keep a busy cardiac unit moving.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant/US Techretary facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment. In this combined role, you'll support both patients and the nursing team while helping contribute to an organized and efficient patient care environment.

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Status: Full-Time | 36 hours/week
• Role Focus: Direct patient support, basic physical care, patient comfort, unit support, communication and organization
