Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in resident condition.
• Greet residents, escort to rooms, and introduce them to roommates and staff.
• Report accidents, incidents, or changes in health to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow privacy policies.
