Job summary

National Health Care Associates is hiring a Nursing Assistant Trainee at our Marlborough, MA location. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential caregiving skills as you prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.

You will participate in class, lab, and clinical experiences, gaining valuable experience in a supportive, team-based long-term care setting with meaningful opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in nursing care for aging residents.
• Compassionate and empathetic with good communication.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will receive hands‑on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry‑level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend class, lab instruction and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.

Key Responsibilities:
