Qualifications

• Ability to communicate professionally with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical patient care under the direction of the Licensed Nurse.
• Demonstrates competency with patient charting and related computer functions.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living: showering, bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Communicates abnormal vital signs and data to staff.
• Collaborates with unit staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Follows hospital safety policies and participates in unit improvement initiatives.
