Presbyterian Homes & Services in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. You will provide high-quality personal care, support residents' living choices, and collaborate with a caring team dedicated to enriching lives.

The role requires compassion and teamwork; caregiving experience is helpful but not required, with a rotating weekend schedule and part-time cores. Competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed elder care, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents to support Personally Designed Living choices, while maintaining compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident needs to the care team.
