Job summary

McLeod Health in Florence, SC seeks a clinical support professional to assist with coordination and communications during agency hours. You will collect vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints, document care in the chart, and schedule tests or referrals for patients.

You will maintain medical supplies, support front desk operations, and greet patients with courteous service. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Takes vital signs and collects medical history.
• Documents all patient information accurately in the chart.
• Assists with testing scheduling and referrals when needed.

• Greets patients and visitors and handles incoming telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
