Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Center Township, PA, is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily activities and basic care, under supervision. You'll assist with eating, mobility, hygiene, and documentation, helping maintain a safe, dignified environment.

This entry-level, on-site role offers afternoon shifts, a $2.00/hour shift differential, weekend pay of $1.00/hour, and potential extra incentives for waiving insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of DHS-approved medications course.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with eating and drinking.
• Help residents with walking, transferring, turning, and positioning.
• Support residents with toileting, bladder and bowel care, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Answer resident call bells promptly.
• Complete over-the-counter treatments as instructed.
• Document care provided.
• Communicate with team members throughout the shift.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.

Available Shifts (Part Time and Full Time)

• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, plus $2.00/hour shift differential
• Additional $1.00/hour for weekend shifts
