Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is hiring a Nurse Assistant in the Med Surg/Telemetry Department for night shifts.

The unlicensed, non-certified assistant provides basic nursing care and assists with daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to a safe, compassionate patient environment. A CNA certificate and BLS are required or preferred, with at least six months in acute care or a physician's office.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, preferred.
• Current BLS within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months’ previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Responsabilités

• The Nurse Assistant in the Med Surg/Telemetry Department assists with activities of daily living and basic nursing care for non-critical patients.
• Maintains a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Assistant in the Med Surg/Telemetry Department is an unlicensed non-certified assistive person who assists with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients and assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
