Nursing Assistant in the Medical Surgical unit atProvidence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is Per-Diem and will work 12-hour Day shifts.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse the Nursing Assistant will provide routine direct patient care within specific unit policies and procedures, report pertinent information to the Registered Nurse and respond to patient care needs.

Required Qualifications:

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 6 months experience in acute care or psych OR completion of 1st semester of Registered Nurse Academic Program or Nurse Assistant equivalent education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 9 months of experience
