Complete Care at Green Acres in New Jersey is hiring non-certified nursing assistants to join our CNA class program. You can work while you study and become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in New Jersey is preferred but not required for non-certified applicants.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
