Job summary

Cascadia EE LLC in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support CNAs in daily resident care, including grooming, bathing, feeding, mobility, turning and positioning in bed, and assisting with range of motion exercises. You will answer nurse call requests, obtain food trays, document services, and ensure punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Licenses/Certification:

• Within 120 days of employment, completes a state-approved nursing assistant training program & become certified.

NOTE: A Nursing Assistant enrolled in a nursing program may be compensated differently based upon the clinical education received.

Experience:

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Complete 16 hours of classroom education then complete skills checks for clinical areas for which job expectations include.
