Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.
• Certified Nurse Aid certification is required.
• CNA Certification by the State of Pennsylvania is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family information to RN for care coordination.
• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Document findings and interventions on patient records.
• Promote infection control and maintain a safe environment.
