Job summary

OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Nursing Assistant for a 12-hour Day shift. Compensation ranges from $18.05 to $22.00 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

This inpatient rehab setting focuses on brain/spinal injuries, neuro-conditions, orthopedic needs, and trauma. • High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight and demographic data
• Assist patients with personal and daily care (bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, hair care)
• Deliver meals and snacks and document oral intake
• Turn and position immobile patients safely and assist with mobility
• Transport patients to treatment centers and other areas

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
