Essentia Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct, compassionate care to residents at Northern Pines Care Center. You will assist with daily activities, hygiene, nutrition, and safety while staying vigilant for changes in residents’ conditions and reporting them to the shift nurse.

Qualifications

• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to skilled nursing facility residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs.
• Recognize changes in resident condition and report promptly to shift nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, neat environment and prevent abuse of vulnerable adults.
