You will work closely with nurses and care teams to deliver compassionate care, assist with mobility, and maintain a safe, respectful living environment. A high school diploma or GED and a willingness to train are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to complete our free training program.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and mobility.
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members.
• Observe residents and report concerns to the nursing team.
• Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect.
