Job summary

Lineville Health and Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our team. The position offers full-time, 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a) with starting pay of $15.10/hr and CNA training provided. No experience is required—earn while you learn and begin a healthcare career.

You’ll assist residents with daily care, support nurses, and help with mobility, hygiene, and meals, while monitoring changes in condition and providing companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Compassionate and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to grow into a CNA role

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and comfort
• Support nurses with basic patient care
• Help with mobility, hygiene, and meals
