Lenoir Health in Kinston, NC is seeking a Nursing Assistant I (NAI) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring patient comfort.

This full-time, onsite position offers a 36-hour weekly schedule, daytime shifts, and a starting pay range of $15.63–$17.98 per hour, with pay determined by experience and equity.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certified by the NC Department of Facility Services as a NAI with BCLS certification.
• Good interpersonal, communication and observation skills; understanding of patient care needs by age group.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a professional nurse.
• Assist patients with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, movement and linen changes.
• Maintain a positive image of the department and hospital when interacting with patients and families.
