UnityPoint Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Neuro/Med-Surgical unit. This 0.7 FTE role (approximately 28 hours per week) involves day shifts with 8- and 12-hour rotations, Monday through Friday and holiday rotation.

Under RN supervision, CNAs perform basic nursing tasks, protect patient dignity and safety, and follow hospital policies. Wisconsin CNA certification and CPR eligibility are required; orientation week runs 8:00–4:30.

Qualifications

• State of Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Currently CPR certified or eligible for certification.
• Must be available the first week of employment from 8AM - 4:30PM for CNA orientation.

Responsabilités

• Practices basic nursing assistant procedures as taught in training.
• Maintains patient dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Works under close supervision of the Registered Nurse and follows assigned tasks.
