Job summary

Christ the King Manor is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our clinical team. You’ll provide direct care, support residents and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain dignity and comfort in daily activities.

Open shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. We offer competitive rates, shift differentials for 2nd shift, various benefits and a referral program. Equal opportunity employer serving Clearfield and Jefferson Counties.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Nursing Assistant Certification in PA.
• Ability to provide personal care and support with compassion.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in physical or emotional condition to the LPN/RN supervisor.
• Provide personal care including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, catheter care, incontinence care and skin care.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration and nutritional needs.
• Check assigned residents regularly and follow individual care plans.
• Provide safe transfers, transportation, positioning and ambulation.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and restorative nursing needs.
• Take vital signs and collect specimens as directed.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy and rights.

Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility.
