• May qualify based on being covered by the Grandfathering Provision as described in the VA Qualification Standard for this occupation (only applicable to current VHA employees who are in this occupation and meet the criteria).

Responsibilities

• Utilize glucose monitoring machine to collect and document glucose readings for veterans.
• Participate in patient-centered conferences/shift reports and contribute information for nursing care plans.
• Document care, observations and responses on appropriate tools or forms and monitor patient intake/output.
