Job summary

Butler Memorial Hospital in Butler, PA, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the 6 Main unit and assist in safe patient care. You will help maintain safe unit operations and provide excellent customer service while assisting with patient oxygen changes as needed.

The role is full-time with day/evening rotations, and CPR certification is required along with a high school diploma. Prior acute-care CNA experience is preferred, with physical requirements listed in the posting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Current enrollment or completion of a nursing assistant training program.
  • Registration/Certification/Licensure: Healthcare Provider CPR.

Comprehensive Crisis Management per policy. Responsible to safely access, transport, and handle single dose medications to includeprescription and non-prescription medications. Responsible to safely access, transport, and handle sharps, such as needles, suture kits,lancets, syringes, etc.
