Responsibilities include assisting physicians and care staff, monitoring vital signs, and providing direct personal care under supervision.

Qualifications

• None required as long as all other position requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and other providers with routine examinations and procedures.
• Observe and document patient information and report significant changes.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care, including vital signs and ADLs.
• Assist in admissions, orientation, and discharge processes.
• Reinforce patient education and distribute materials.
