Job summary

HTU is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our interdisciplinary patient care team in Dayton, OH. In this role you will assist with activities of daily living, support patient comfort, and perform delegated care tasks under the Ohio Board of Nursing scope of practice.

The position emphasizes reliability, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with orientation and CPR/BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Kettering Health Nursing Assistant orientation.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Six months experience as a nursing assistant in a hospital or long-term care facility, or completion of a Nursing Assistant course in the last six months, or nursing student/pre-nursing status per transcripts, or current employee with Kettering Health.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team.
• Support patients with activities of daily living.

About You
