Deborah Heart and Lung Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant to perform direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Clinical Team Leader, contributing to high-quality patient experiences.
The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred Nurse Aide Certification and BLS Healthcare Provider completion within 3 months of hire. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential for team collaboration and safety.
Position Summary: Performs direct and non-direct patient care duties as assigned under the supervision of a Registered Nurse / Clinical Team Leader/Director of Critical Care Nursing.
Experience: Preferred: 6 months experience as a nursing assistant or in a related clinical healthcare position, or a current nursing student with one semester of clinical training completed
Education: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
License and Credentials: Required: American Heart BLS Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire. Preferred: Nurse Aide Certification.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well with others, conscientious, organized and reliable.

Salary: The minimum starting rate for this position is $17.14
