Job summary

Senior Helpers is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care in Rhode Island. Earn $21-$24 per hour with flexible full-time and part-time shifts across Providence-area communities.

Roles involve ADL assistance, mobility support, companionship, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes. Ideal candidates hold an RI CNA license, pass a background check, and bring compassion and reliability to daily client care.

Qualifications

• License required: Active Rhode Island nursing assistant license (or temporary license).
• Must be able to pass a national background screening.
• Demonstrates compassion, dependability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor overall wellness and report changes.
• Support recovery after hospital stays.
