DIVINE PROVIDENCE COMMUNITY HOME in Sleepy Eye, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide total personal care to residents under supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist residents in rehabilitation to reach independence.

Eligible candidates complete an approved CNA program and current certification; the facility may sponsor certification. This is a full-time role with evening shifts, on-site work, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• State-approved nursing assistant training program with current certification or ability to attend classes and become certified.
• Facility will pay for class for certification.

Job Duties

The Nursing Assistant provides total personal care to residents in a safe, efficient manner under supervision of a licensed nurse and according to established facility policies/procedures and the resident care plan. Assists in rehabilitation of residents to attain and maintain highest level of performance and independence possible.

Full-time or Part-time Evening shift or Part-time Day shift

Casual or on-call positions available too

Must work every other weekend and holiday.

Base wage for 18 year old or older Certified Nursing Assistant is $22/hour

Additional $2.00 Shift differential for evenings and nights.

Minimum Education Required

Successful completion of a state approved nursing assistant training program with current certification or ability to attend classes and become certified. Facility will pay for class for certification
